I could go on for hours about how they told me my flooring would be fitted within a week when it wasn't even in stock. The 17 phone calls I made and the 5 visits to the store in Llansamlet but to be honest all I can tell you us DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
On a good note after I complained to Head Office and changed the flooring a carpenter was sent to fit my floor. His name is Sean McManus and his colleague Tom and they were brilliant. Try to get flooring elsewhere then contact Sean directly to fit it. - Ian McDonald Review added: 2018.10.09★ ★ ★ ★ ★Purchased solid oak flooring, adhesive and oak skirting boards from the team at Floor Republic, Swansea. Dan and Nick were both incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, really going above and beyond the normal expectation of customer service. It was a pleasure to deal with them and I cannot recommend them highly enough
